Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Are you looking to join a well established firm with a great reputation? My client is offering the opportunity to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave offering high quality residential conveyancing work. They're ideally looking for a residential conveyancer who has a strong background in running their own conveyancing caseload. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful firm with an excellent reputation, that is able to offer flexible working hours.

The Role

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including leasehold and freehold sales, purchases and remortgages.
• Providing thorough and outstanding client service throughout the process; from instruction through to completion.
• 12 month fixed term contract.
• Part time or full time availability.

The Candidate

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in residential conveyancing managing their own full caseload.
• Open to both full and part-time candidates.
