Leading Mixed Corporate Practice – 2-6 PQE Corp Lawyer – International Firm – Hong Kong

Our client, a globally-renowned International Firm with strong roots in Hong Kong, consistently renowned for its diverse corporate practice, are in the market for a 2-6 PQE Corporate lawyer. This is a great opportunity to be part of a strong practice, an ex-Magic Circle Partner, and with a diverse corporate role with one of the best deal flows in the market.

The role will be focused on Corporate Finance transactions (M&A and IPO). You will be working with multinational conglomerates, PRC, and Hong Kong clients. The partner is friendly, hands-on, and has an excellent deal flow. You will be supported by other Senior and Junior associates allowing you to easily transition into the role. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest international firms globally under an ex-Magic Circle Partner and get diverse experience. Salary rates are Silver Circle to Magic Circle and strong local candidates will be considered.

Role requirements:

• 2-6 PQE.
• HK qualification is necessary.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
• Strong firm history and education.
• Must have previous diverse corporate finance experience.
