This international financial services business is looking for a funds lawyer to join one of its legal teams based in central London.

An international financial services business.
Description
As a funds lawyer you will support the real estate and infrastructure fund management teams and have a particular emphasis on:
- fund creation, structuring and related documentation;
- fund management issues including restructuring, refinancing and asset manager relationships;
- structured acquisitions and disposals in real estate;
- supporting real estate multi-manager investments and investment management matters; and
- managing external lawyers.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified funds lawyer with experience of real estate and infrastructure funds and investment structures, preferably with exposure to both debt and equity investment strategies across both real estate and infrastructure and common investment vehicles and fund structures.
Prior in house experience would be useful but my client is more than happy to consider a lawyer coming straight from a firm.
Job Offer
A basic salary of up to 6 figures + excellent benefits package + discretionary bonus
