In order to bolster the team, they would like to recruit at the 0-2 pqe level. Suitable candidates will have trained and gained experience at a firm well known for their expertise in the real estate sector. An understanding of real estate and finance concepts and an appreciation and awareness of the real estate finance market is key as is the ability to draft and negotiate security documents, credit agreements and also have a good working knowledge of the provisions of the LMA standard real estate finance documents.
