Corporate Lawyer 2+PQE Job in Bristol or Exeter with National Firm

This Corporate team boasts several highly-rated Lawyers and is consistently ranked in the Top Tier for corporate finance in the South West in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guides to the legal profession. The team acts for a number of well-known clients advising on MBOs, mergers and acquisitions, MBIs, restructuring and private equity. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor 2-5 PQE to join in either their Bristol or Exeter office.

What you will need to succeed
You will have experience of working in a corporate team in a leading City or national firm, ideally with some knowledge of renewables and financial services. Excellent academics, a tenacious attitude and a highly commercial approach to business are essential. You will have the confidence to handle a sizeable and good quality caseload for a broad range of clients and will be able to build effective and positive client relationships quickly and fully embrace the importance of client service.
