This firm has one of the largest, specialist Enfranchisement departments in the country. They are very similar in style to a West End practice. They have an excellent client base of HNW individuals with a growing proportion of their work having an international element; the practice is based in the affluent area of Hampstead, North London. The firm has been established 15+ years and have grown year on year and now have a head count of over 50 members of staff. The firm has attracted many lawyers out of the city who are looking to deal still with a high quality of work but want better work life balance, progression, and prospects. The firm is dynamic, innovative and quick to adapt to changing market trends. The team has a friendly, supportive and progressive culture which has allowed them to have a staff retention rate of 95% in recent years.
You will work alongside the Residential and Commercial property teams. The Leasehold Enfranchisement team has recently taken on several new hires within the last 24 months. Their head of department gives talks nationally on the subject; the department is well-known nationally for their level of expertise and other firms often look to take their lead to changes within the market.
You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement lawyer with at least three years PQE. Ideally, your caseload should be at least 50% Leasehold Enfranchisement. This role would be an ideal role if you are looking to specialise in this area, or perhaps come to a more established and well-known department. You should be a personable individual with good client skills, with the ability to build solid client relationships. Salary is negotiable depending on your background, although up to £65k.
