Our client is a top tier full service commercial law firm in Thames Valley. The Reading office is seeking a Senior Property Solicitor 5+ years' PQE to join its expanding team.
The practice group deals with a complete range of commercial property and development work. This includes general commercial property sales & purchase, acquisitions and disposals of development land, landlord and tenant, non contentious construction, secured lending, planning & infrastructure.
The Commercial property work undertaken by the team includes freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals and portfolio management for occupiers and landlords, for an array of interesting and good quality clients.
The ideal candidate should have experience working for a reputable firm known for its property work.
