Corporate Tax Associate (Mid-Level)

Cogence Search have been instructed to find a mid-level Corporate Tax lawyer for a leading international law firm in London.

This opportunity is open to qualified lawyers between one and five PQE with UK tax experience. As you will be involved in a variety of corporate transactions both on a domestic and international level, you must be familiar with M&A transactions, group reorganisations, corporate finance and joint ventures. You will also be involved in the tax structuring of investment funds.
