An exciting opportunity has arisen for a private client lawyer to join a reputable firm in Kent on a locum basis. This role is to start as a matter of urgency and will last for at least a month in duration.
As a private client lawyer you can expect your work load to encompass the following:
- Wills
- Probate
- Lasting Power of Attorney
- Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Some tax and trust work
You will be working with an exciting and diverse client base.
The firm has a strong reputation in the market.
Due to the nature of the work and the clients you will be dealing with, the successful candidate is likely to have upwards of three years’ experience in handling a full private client caseload without supervision.
