Employment and Contentious Probate Locum

EMPLOYMENT AND CONTENTIOUS PROBATE LOCUM • ESSEX• COMPETITVE SALARY•PART –TIME MATERNITY COVER

Our client, a medium sized firm based in Essex, is looking for an employment and contentious probate solicitor to join their team on a locum basis for 9-12 months to cover a maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to secure a long term assignment at an exceptional firm on a part time basis.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years PQE
• Experience working on all aspects of employment law
• A good understanding and solid experience handling contentious probate matters
• Supervisory skills (preferred but not essential)
• An adaptable and personal approach
• Be able to effectively prioritise work and consistently meet demanding deadlines

The role will involve:

• Handling all aspect of employment law
• Dealing mainly within employment litigation
• Advising on settlement agreements
• Working on complex contentious probate matters
