Corporate and Commercial 2+PQE A highly regarded City firm is currently looking to recruit a corporate/commercial associate with at least 2 years post qualification. This is a great opportunity to work in a small team getting exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
The successful associate will have the opportunity to work on a range of large scale IT contracts, m&a, joint ventures, general commercial contracts work and private company work. The work is extremely varied and this is a great opportunity for a mid level associate to get hands on exposure to a range of top clients.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with at least two years post qualification experience who has been working on a broad corporate and commercial role. They would be particularly interested in seeing people who have worked on large scale IT contracts.
