Plot sales paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a leading residential team within a top legal 500 practice in the West Midlands. This role has occurred due to growth and would suit a paralegal comfortable with managing their own case load within volume plot sales and/or residential conveyancing.

You will be dealing with plot sales using case management systems; will be comfortable working under pressure; as well as prioritising your work load. You will have experience with both freehold and leasehold transactions; be able to understand property related deeds as well as investigating title, and carrying out searches.

This role will suit a conveyancing paralegal with 12 months of experience in both residential and plot sales, who is looking to work as a plot conveyancer; or those who are currently plot conveyancers. This length of experience however is only a guideline, if you have other relevant experience please feel free to apply.
