Head of Legal
We have an immediate need for an interim in house lawyer to cover a maternity leave for a 12-month contract.
Working for an innovative digital media company this role is head of legal and supports the management team closely as their sole lawyer.
The role will manage a wide remit of commercial contracts including trademark licenses, software development, content agreements, marketing and advertising agreements and some data protection.
The role is to start in May 2017 and will run for at least 12 months.
The role is offered on either a full time or 4 day per week basis.
