Family Solicitor

This leading full service firm has an opportunity for a mid to senior Family Lawyer to join the team. The successful individual will be required to play a key role in business development and the management of specific client relationships and will play an important role in the team. The team advises on all aspects of family work with areas of particular expertise including cross-jurisdictional disputes, the tracing of assets, analysis of company accounts and cases involving family-run businesses. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, be commercial and intelligent in their approach with sound drafting and presentation skills, be a team player and have the ability to make the complex understandable.  Previous experience in family law (preferably with a respected firm) is essential as is the ability to cope with an intellectually stimulating and varied workload.
