A new opportunity has opened for a Paralegal to work within the Residential Conveyancing team of our multi-office, multi-discipline legal practice in North London. We are now looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal for our Office based in Enfield to support our team with an ever increasing and varied load of casework. This will be a fantastic chance for someone who wants to develop their potential, be trained and who can show ambition.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

• Law degree (or equivalent GDL degree) 
• Successful completion of the LPC would be an advantage
• Previous Paralegal experience essential 

Daily responsibilities will include: 
 

• To provide written, telephone and office costs estimates to Prospective clients/ Introducers with a full breakdown of costs and disbursements as requested,
• Providing quotes to new clients,
• Opening client files on our accounting system and dealing with any monies coming in from the clients,
• Dealing with matters and legally preparing the files,
• To assist Fee Earners and or Partners with the gathering of information with regard to working on conveyancing matters such as sales, purchases and re-mortgages,
• You will deal with research, document drafting and registration of client documents as instructed,
• Dealing with registration of client documents,
• Dealing with all stamp duty forms and AP1s,
• Dealing with requisitions raised by HM Land Registry and extending priority periods whenever necessary.
