I have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Lawyer to join an award-winning and thriving firm in the Cardiff area.

My client is a Top 100 firm with a fantastic and enviable reputation in the Real Estate market. They are looking for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join their expanding and ambitious team down in their friendly Cardiff office and are offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

The role will include advising a wide range of clients, including commercial and residential developers, major corporate occupiers and investors. Knowledge of the market is essential to advise clients accurately and effectively. You can expect to deal with a range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant matters

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience PQE in a regional or city law firm and will be able to demonstrate experience in a range of commercial property transactions. Experience dealing with development projects, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters as well as standard conveyancing transactions is favourable.
