Corporate Associate
This leading global law firm are looking for a stellar Corporate Associate to join their growing team in London.
You will a Corporate Associate with 2 - 6 years' PQE within general Corporate Law as well as good knowledge of M&A and/or Private Equity. Ideally, you will also have had exposure to venture capital, private and public equity and debt offerings.
The firm's Corporate Practice currently has recently won mandates on M&A matters for FTSE 100 and 250 companies as well as U.S. clients and a number of IPOs and restructuring deals.
The successful Corporate Lawyer will have:
- An excellent academic record
- Trained at a Top US or Magic/Silver circle firm
