Childcare Lawyer
Fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join an organisation in Jersey for an initial 4 Month period.
Take advantage of this exciting opportunity to work as part of a friendly Childcare team within a well-respected organisation in a stunning location.
The ideal Childcare Lawyer will gain the oppurtunity to travel over to Jersey, via the organistation and work within their team on a full-time basis for an inital 4 month period.
Our Client is looking for a UK qualified lawyer due to the similarites between UK childcare law and Jerseys' Childcare law, with Jersey law being largely based on the Children Act 1989, therefore making the transition almost effortless.
Unless the ideal candidate Is Jersey qualified you will not have rights of audience, and therefore duties in this role will include:
- carrying approxomitely . 12 cases in proceedings
- Instructing counsel where appropriate
- Picking up other miscellaneous issues.
