An opportunity has arisen in this leading Court of Protection team for a legal executive to join the department.
In this role you will be dealing with Court of Protection matters and related health and social care issues including Judicial Review. You will deal with your own files but also be assisting one of the partners, who is a leader in their field, with their caseload of high-profile, precedent-setting cases.
You will need experience of handing Court of Protection cases, ideally in relation to healthcare and social care. This must be combined with a passion for this area of law and proven client empathy.
