Are you looking for a Fixed Term Contract within the Housing sector? Do you have a good track record of managing teams and handling a caseload which encompasses right to buy, property acquisition and land sales?

My client are urgently looking for an enthusiastic, competent legal professional to join their team to cover maternity leave for 12 months. This is an urgent hire so those who are immediately available or with a short notice period are encouraged to apply.

This role requires an experienced solicitor or legal professional, or Team Leader with a history of delivering excellent service in the property/housing sector. You will have team management responsibilities so previous experience with this is essential.

You will need good commercial awareness, a strong understanding of recent Housing legislation and the Landlord/Tenant Act

Salary is based on an annual remuneration, and is negotiable dependent on experience, but will be in the range of £26-32k.
