One of Northern Ireland's leading law firms is presently conducting a search for a NQ+ Solicitor to join their team based in Belfast. The Banking & Finance team has a strong ranking in Chambers and they have an enviable client list, including major banks & financial institutions, borrowers, FTSE 250 companies and a number of commercial clients in the manufacturing, leisure, retail and healthcare sectors.

Your new role

The firm provides a full range of advice on finance matters from, asset, acquisition, project and property finance to restructurings and refinancing. The firm receives high praise from their client's and the team's leading individuals are highly rated.

This is an exciting opportunity to Work with Legal 500 and Chambers rated Partners and an excellent opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary banking practice where you will join an enthusiastic and client centric team. This role will offer access to a broad range of banking and finance work in a supportive environment.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have experienced a banking or finance seat during your training contract at a City or regional banking or corporate finance practice and be committed to developing your career in this specialism.

More importantly will be the ability to work collaboratively, and to bring intellectual rigour and an incisive approach to some sometimes challenging and complex issues.
