Construction Disputes and Litigation
A leading Construction Disputes practice, which are opportunely placed within a highly regarded City firm are looking to recruit a junior to mid-level associate. The firm have won countless awards for their friendly and approachable culture, as well as their investment into their employees and their development.
You will join a small team, instantly gaining exposure to large complex disputes arising during the construction process or following completion. You will be expected to be confident with clients and assist to further build working relationships with developers, purchasers, tenants and main contractors and sub-contractors. You will assist clients at all stages of the dispute and using various alternative dispute resolution methods.
The ideal candidate;
- 2-4 PQE dealing with contentious construction matters
- Have an excellent academic background
- Be confident in a client facing environment
