This elite US law firm have an exceptional Tax practice in both the UK and in the US. Due to a recent partner hire, they are looking to further grow their team with the hire of a solicitor at the 2-6 PQE level.

The department deal with UK and international transactional tax planning, restructuring, M&A and fund formation. They also deal with matters for multiple established private equity funds and undertake projects for top-tier US and UK corporate groups.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions as well as possessing knowledge of the tax aspects of debt finance and capital markets transactions.
