Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive

Are you looking to join a well established team in Plymouth and advise on a broad litigation caseload? 

This reputed client is busy within their litigation team, and now require an experienced litigation solicitor or legal executive to join them in their Plymouth branch. 

Above all you will have property litigation experience, and enjoy this area of litigation. Having said that your caseload will be broad and also include:

• Wills and probate disputes
• Breaches of contract 
• Professional negligence
• Boundary disputes
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Nuisance actions
• Possession proceedings
• Consumer problems

It is an important that you are a personable and capable character, confident to give on the spot advice, occasionally to tight deadlines. 

You really will enjoy being part of this large and successful team. You will be able to maintain and develop excellent client relationships and will join in with the department marketing activities where appropriate. 

Recently qualified solicitors, as well as those with more experience are encouraged to apply. Over and above PQE you will have property litigation experience, as well as other litigation experience.  

Excellent salary to £45k. 

Benefits include 25 days holiday + extra shut down at Xmas + Pension 

Both local solicitors/legal executives and those looking to relocate to the South West will be considered.
