Commercial Property Solicitor - 1 year + PQE

My client is a leading regional law firm with a strong presence across the South West. The client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their tier one ranked team in Bristol.

The role will involve acting for landowners, investors, developers, funders, occupiers and professionals in connection with a mixture of development, investment, secured lending, landlord and tenant and corporate support work.

Your client base will in the main part be SW/regional, with a national and London element too.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a range of property-related matters which include acquisitions and disposals, leases and ancillary lease documents, property finance and corporate support. Whilst not essential some experience/interest in aggregate related property work would also assist.

Previous experience working in a Commercial Property role with an established firm is essential and applications are encouraged from Solicitors who are 1-4 years PQE. Applications from more or less experienced candidates are also encouraged should you fit the requirements for the role.
