The Role
We are now actively seeking a technically brilliant Commercial Property Solicitor for a specialist team based in Milton Keynes. With the skills and expertise to manage a busy caseload under supervision, the successful Solicitor will advise a wide ranging client base including mainstream lenders, developers and small to medium businesses, on a broad mix of commercial property- related matters. Areas will include: developments; freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions; transactional Landlord and Tenant matters; secured lending and; lease renewals.
Keen to get involved with business development initiatives, the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will participate in networking activities and build and strength client relationships.
