This brand new vacancy with an elite tier US and International law firm here in London, is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal PA (Corporate M&A).
The role requires the successful candidate to provide secretarial and administrative support to two Partners plus additional allocation of associates as well as a trainee.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and proofreading legal documents, arranging and co-ordinating calendars and composing correspondence alongside other such duties that may be assigned.
This is a full time and permanent position based within Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and the firm are offering a competitive salary of circa £40,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.
A strong IT proficiency and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential as well as previous experience of working within a City or US law firm, with corporate experience being highly desirable.
