A Commercial Property Legal Secretary is required to support 2 fee earners with a leading Commercial Property in Warwickshire.

Being Legal Secretary to the Head of Commercial Property will be a challenging and rewarding role. You will be an important member of the support function. As well as being Secretary/PA, you will be required to support 2 fee earners. Typical duties include; typing documents/bills/reports/file notes, opening/closing/updating files, billing, expenses, form completion, diary management, meeting/travel arrangements,

We are looking for a highly organised and ambitious Legal Secretary or PA. To be considered for this role the successful applicant will need to have the knowledge and experience of land registry and procedure to make applications to the land registry as well as SDLT returns; Up to date knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Digital Dictation are essential. You should naturally be approachable and flexible. Experience within Real Estate or Commercial Property is essential to be considered for this role.
