The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a pro-active and dynamic Commercial Property Lawyer to join a specialist team based in the Brighton area. Committed to the provision of excellent client care and a high-quality service, the successful Lawyer will manage a busy caseload, advising developers, landowners, investors and private house builders on a broad range of commercial property matters. Areas will include: planning agreements; development acquisitions; investment sales and purchases; plot sales disposals and; options and conditional contracts. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-3 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid experience in a broad range of commercial property matters;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be IT Literate with the ability to use digital dictation equipment;
You will be personable, professional and detail orientated;
You will have a desire for professional development.
