Public Sector Associate - Cardiff

My client are one of the leading Welsh firms with offices in Cardiff and London. They have an opening for a Public Sector / Commercial Projects associate to join the very highly regarded public sector / commercial projects team.

The successful candidate will have experience in Public Sector Procurement and will undertake a wide range of work across the public sector for matters including local authorities and other public sector bodies. There will also be a range of Private Sector clients to work with who contract the public sector.The caseload on offer includes dealing with tendering issues, advising on procurement processes, procurement challenges, corporate governance and delivering training to clients.

You will have a background either within private practice, the public sector or in-house. A strong technical capability is essential as are strong drafting and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE in this area however my client are happy to consider applicants from a diverse background.
