Fraud Solicitor / Legal Executive

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic personal injury solicitor or legal executive to utilise their personal injury experience in a new and exciting way. This top tier Legal 500 fraud team has won multiple awards and is seeking to expand its successful fraud team still further.

If you are successful in securing this position, you will enjoy:

• Being part of one of the biggest Defendant insurance litigation firms in the UK
• Joining a multiple award-wining team which has a track record of outstanding success for clients and which has also been instrumental in tackling the organisations and individuals behind the claims
• Handling a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated claims and working as part of a team on more complex and larger fraud cases
• A caseload of matters to include phantom passengers, minimal impact cases, contrived claims, semi-staged and staged claims, exaggerated claims and organised or ring fraud
• Ongoing training and support throughout your career as required
• Excellent remuneration package.

The role would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally at least two years' experience and with a solid litigation background, preferably gained within a personal injury environment, however applications from more junior personal injury fee-earners with the relevant experience will also be considered. Expertise in fraud is beneficial, but is definitely not essential, as full training will be given.
