NQ - 10 years PQE
An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-10 years PQE to join a highly respected Legal 500 firm in Bicester. The present Commercial Property team is highly ranked in The Legal 500 UK 2016.
This is an exciting position for a Commercial Property Solicitor who has a positive and creative approach to client relations and business development to join an existing department with two directors being recognised as recommended lawyers.
The successful candidate will have a good academic record and between 0-10 years PQE dealing with
Residential Developments, Commercial Developments, Acting for developers and landowners, Promotion Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Large scale disposals and acquisitions and Agricultural experience.
You will enjoy business development and be comfortable networking, presenting seminars and writing articles.
Salary is dependent on level of experience.
