Personal Injury Litigator - Team Leader

Are you a personal injury litigator with the ambition to take on your first management role?

This forward thinking Legal 500 firm has the opportunity for a self-motivated personal injury litigator to lead a team within its vibrant personal injury department in Cardiff.

In your role as personal injury litigator team leader, you will be responsible for leading up to 7 other paralegals and developing relationships with new and existing clients. You will also be involved in the litigation of complex cases.

To be considered for the position of personal injury litigator team leader, you must have previous experience in either a management or a supervisory role within personal injury litigation. Ideally you will be a solicitor, graduate ILEX, paralegal, or from a similar background.
