The practice is seeking a new Private Client / Wealth and Estate Planning Solicitor with interest in Elderly work, to join their flourishing Private Client department close to Kings Cross, Central London.
The Private Client department now stands at a team of five Solicitors. The department believes in dealing with manageable caseloads and charging well for the work that they do, adding real value to client's transactions. You will deal with a varied and high-quality caseload, which will include; Wills, Probates, Inheritance tax planning, Administration of Estates, Trusts, Lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection, with emphasis on elderly work.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
· You will be a Private Client / Wealth and Estate Planning Solicitor with between NQ - 3 years PQE
· You will have an interest in elderly work; the role will have a focus towards this.
· You will be a dynamic, organised candidate with good communication skills
· You will receive unlimited annual leave, flexible working, and the ability to work from home
· Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, although up to £48k
