Commercial Property Solicitor , Milton Keynes
Well known mid-level firm are looking to expand their Commercial Property department with the appointment of a solicitor at NQ-2 years to assist experienced partners on good value matters.
You will have good academics and trained or gained experience at a well known firm and you should have been exposed to a wide range of commercial property matters including Landlord and Tenant transactional matters, some development related work and freehold, leasehold sales and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions
Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. The firm is known for providing practical holistic commercial solutions.
You will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development activities.
This is an opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career and enjoy a fresh challenge within a growing fast paced term.
Relocators will be considered but you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Milton Keynes area.
