Private Client Solicitor

Historically providing a wide range of legal services to the Oxfordshire area, this well-established firm offers a depth of experience, tailored to the needs of each client. Our client have a reputation of building a strong team of professionals, who are experts in their fields. With this in mind, they are seeking a Private Client Locum to cover on a short term basis.

This role will require the Private Client Locum to take on a high volume caseload of Private Client matters including, but is not limited to, wills, probate, tax, trusts, court of protection, lasting powers of attorney and living wills. The ideal candidate for this Private Solicitor role will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor or equivalent with at least 2 years' PQE* with a solid foundation in Private Client matters. Experience in probate, court of protection and lasting powers of attorney is essential for this role.

The successful Private Client Locum will express a strong client care and a passion to work hard in a busy practice. In return, the Private Client Locum will receive a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to join this firm on a full time basis.
