About the role
If you ideally have between 1-5 years’ PQE within a commercial-property role, this is an excellent legal-career opportunity for an ambitious and well-rounded individual to join a well-regarded and growing team. This solicitor role in Liverpool will be within the non-contentious team, which is part of my client’s Housing and Regeneration department.
Here, you will be supported by solicitors and support staff at all levels, and will learn from one of the leading teams nationwide. You’ll also be dealing with a broad range of matters, to include acquisition, landlord and tenant, easements, leases, and other general property matters.
If you have any knowledge of the housing sector, this would be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite for the role.
