Conveyancing with a twist!
We are looking for a strong residential conveyancer - ideally a Licenced Conveyancer, Solicitor or FILEX - who is able to supervise and train more junior fee earners and trouble shoot more complex and technical transactions. You should be comfortable with dealing with the broad remit of conveyancing transactional work including - registered and unregistered titles held on freehold and leasehold property across sales and purchases, right to buy, shared ownership and flats. Experience of dealing with new build properties and repossessed properties would be an advantage as would previous exposure to adverse possession, easements and defective title issues.
This is a senior role in a major commercial law firm. The client base includes wealthy individuals, sovereign wealth funds, strategic property investors, corporates and property developers.
