An international technology business is seeking to hire a Bilingual Corporate Commercial Lawyer (English / Mandarin) to join their successful legal team in Berkshire.
Reporting to the European General Counsel, the Bilingual Corporate Commercial Lawyer (English / Mandarin) will handle a range of corporate, securities, compliance and regulatory matters, as well as commercial contracts that will include vendor agreements, licensing, IP and software licensing.
The ideal candidate will a fully qualified Corporate Commercial Lawyer with bilingual language skills in English and Mandarin. They will have solid, demonstrable experience from another corporate environment, or within private practice, with secondments.
This exciting role interacts with key business stakeholders, and would suit a lawyer eager to make a positive contribution by managing a busy workload and providing exceptional commercial support and advice.
