In-House Legal Adviser

Excellent opportunity for an in-house legal adviser to join a dynamic organisation who is a market-leading provider of cutting-edge technology in their field.

Our client is a provider of innovative technology to a diverse range of institutions worldwide. The business has grown rapidly in recent years and is now looking to add an in-house legal adviser to focus on a wide range of commercial legal matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to learn from an experienced legal professional in an evolving legal team based in the West Midlands.

Reporting into the Legal Team Manager, this individual will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements with customers based in various jurisdictions.
- Assist on the company's intellectual property portfolio of patents and trademarks.
- Research and collate relevant material for various legal matters as required.
- Assist on directing external counsel on litigious matters.

Ideally, we would like to hear from individuals that have gained good commercial contracts experience working either in-house or in private practice. Applications from individuals that have completed their LLB, BVC, LPC or ILEX qualification and have gained good commercial experience would also be welcome.
