A leading national and international practice in Manchester is looking to recruit a newly qualified corporate solicitor through to September 2017.
 
This NQ corporate solicitor opportunity does stand out in the market as you will get the opportunity to work closely in this smaller corporate team, ensuring you are involved in a varied caseload of work including M&A, private equity, corporate finance and capital market transactions. This is unusual for a global law firm and a unique opportunity in Manchester allowing you to fully progress and develop as a newly qualified corporate solicitor.
 
This is a client facing role in a collegiate team where the partner is hands on and well known, really allowing you to gain the best experience as a newly qualified corporate solicitor at this stage in your career and set you on the right track for your future qualified career.
 
You will be expected to have a strong academic profile, commercial acumen, a proactive and enthusiastic approach and be a real team player. You will get exposure to excellent quality work, a hands on experience, supportive and friendly culture and excellent progression track. Having undertaken a corporate seat you will have a good base knowledge of corporate law and be keen to join a firm which is well known globally, but also growing in Manchester in terms of its' corporate offering.
