My client a well established law firm are currently looking to recruit a Civil Litigation solicitor with 2-3 years minimum PQE to join their rapidly and expanding team. The firm can offer flexibility with a fantastic working environment, a superb quality of complex work and all this within their offices.
The ideal candidate will be:
¿ A strong background in civil litigation
¿ Be comfortable dealing with a substantial and complex caseload with the required support and training
¿ Be able to drive income targets and be successful in managing your own fee income against pre-agreed performance targets and account for the same within the guidelines of the company
¿ Have the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
¿ A positive and charismatic character with the ability to hit the ground running bringing significant value to the role
