Senior Commercial Lawyer

Our public sector client is need of a senior commercial locum for an immediate start in Cardiff. The ideal individual will have particular experience dealing with queries relating to Procurement.

The role requires the post holder to be confident in providing competent legal advice - with a focus on commercial and procurement law. The post holder will be responsible for legal advice in relation to the tender process and contract drafting for the provision of various services. They will maintain good relationships with procurement services.

In addition to the core duties there will be varied and wide ranging work available, including advice on regulatory and public law matters, and whilst the role is primarily non-contentious there will be contractual and/or regulation based disputes to deal with.
