A Legal 500 firm based in the West Midlands has an exciting opening for a Legal Clerk to join their Real Estate Department. This role is a full time permanent position within an established department that deals with a broad range of clients within the Private and Public sector.
You will be dealing with administrative duties and will work closely with the team for Conveyancing matters. As a legal clerk your main duties will be file management, conflict checking, deed and portal management, reporting and financial management.
The role will suit a legal assistant who has experience with supporting fee earners and has worked within a Real Estate environment.
As a legal clerk you will be confident, be able to work to strict deadlines and time frames. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable with using Microsoft Excel.
