Wills and Probate Solicitor

A long term client of ours is seeking a Wills and Probate Solicitor to join their excellent team based in Tyne and Wear.

The salary will depend on experience you have and includes benefits which they will go through with you personally if you are successful for an interview. This would be a fantastic role for a Wills and Probate Solicitor looking for a move to a reputable firm.

Your caseload will be a varied mix of private client work including Wills, Trusts, Deeds of Variation, Court of Protection applications, LPAs and elderly client work.

The role will be suited to someone who is 3 years + PQE and must have ambitions towards gaining STEP qualification. As a result you will have been a Wills and Probate Solicitor in a recent role. Your experience will include handling court of protection work, advising on trusts, preparing wills and dealing with administration of estates.

Commitment is key, you will be working with an excellent committed team and have a friendly and prosperous office work environment. You will have excellent attention to detail due to the nature of the work and have a great passion for the role.
