Housing & Regeneration Solicitor

A Top 100 Law firm in Liverpool is seeking a solicitor with a track record in Residential or Commercial Property to join them.

My client is an award winning Legal 500 Ranked Law Firm with an outstanding reputation in the North West Commercial market.

As part of their Housing & Regeneration team, your remit will include a wide range of property related work for the RP sector. This will include - Site acquisition and development, disposals, perfecting security, Landlord & Tenant, and the full suite of land related agreements. Typical clients include Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Charities and Care Homes.

Applications are sought from Commercially minded and ambitious solicitors who wish to specialise in the Property arena.

This is an opportunity for a non-contentious Property solicitor with 1-5 years PQE to join a leading regional Law Firm, who can genuinely claim to be at the forefront of the Housing & Regeneration sector in the region.
