An exciting opportunity has arisen for a locum in-house Employment Solicitor to join a third sector organisation at their office in the West Midlands. This role is to cover permanent recruitment, and is offered for an initial term of 3 months, subject to extension.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a locum in-house Employment Solicitor to join a third sector organisation at their office in the West Midlands. This role is to cover permanent recruitment, and is offered for an initial term of 3 months, subject to extension.
About the role
Working within a friendly, established team, you will pick up a busy caseload of existing Employment matters. You will be dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including employment tribunal and litigation proceedings.
About the person
The Employment Solicitor must be a UK qualified solicitor ideally with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE. Drafting skills and experience of undertaking advocacy are essential. Experience of working with regulated or third sector clients would be an advantage.
