An exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to work in a firm with an affluent HNW client base with good long term career prospects. Located in a picturesque location in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, Kent, this firm are ranked highly in the Legal 500 and are top tier across several areas dealing with a local, National, and International client base. The firm are an incredibly profitable business with a strong management team, they are progressive and believe in nurturing talent, they invest heavily in their workforce, many of their Partners are home grown, and this role comes with good prospects.
The firm is seeking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
The Property Dispute team undertake a broad range of work including real estate disputes, disputes arising out of development contracts, advising on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence claims and residential landlord and tenant possession actions.
This role comes with good long term career prospects and from the outset there are opportunities to be involved in high quality technical work and business development. There will also be the opportunity to build your own profitable caseload with minimal supervision but with the security of being in a supportive, forward thinking and well-run department.
- Specialist legal expertise in Property Litigation work with at least 2 years PQE
- Specialist expertise in Dispute Resolution
- Ability to assimilate and analyse large amounts of information, paying great attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
