Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a friendly, easily accessible local authority for an initial 12 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer from any background to expand their experience to the Public Legal Sector. My client is looking for a commercially astute individual to join their supportive and well established team, and is open to considering applications from lawyers with a Private Practice, Public Sector or In-house Commercial Property Lawyer background. You will be given authority to work autonomously, and the role allows for a degree of flexible and remote working.

This is a rare opportunity for the successful candidate to gain the opportunity to impact and expand their skillset and enhance their CV.

The successful Property Lawyer will be able to hit the ground running in this role and will have experience in;

• Commercial Property Negotiations
• High Value Commercial Projects
• Large scale Commercial Projects
• Development projects
• CPOs
• Commercial transactions including infrastructure agreements
