Corporate Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen in Nottingham for a corporate solicitor to join a full-service law firm with modern offices located near the city centre. 
 
The existing team deals with sales and purchases, mergers and acquisition, MBO’s, de-mergers, negotiating share purchase agreements, and asset purchase agreements. Their typical client will be SME in the Nottingham and wider East Midlands area, but the firm also has some high value nation clients.
 
This corporate solicitor position will suit candidates with up to two years’ post qualification experience at a good regional law firm. Newly qualified solicitors will need to have covered corporate law during their training contract and will ideally have undertaken a similar role at paralegal level.
 
The firm is offering a competitive salary and extensive benefits package including 25 days’ holiday (increasing annually), 5% pension contribution, life assurance at three times annual salary, and free parking. The firm has worked hard to cultivate a friendly and positive office environment and their staff retention rate is impressively high.
